71 documents

These documents are pieces to a puzzle -- or several puzzles. Many Pattons have been found in the Maryland counties but, to date, it has not been possible to state definitively whether some of them are the same person. Some of these documents may contain clues that will help identify these Maryland Pattons. Names of Patton associates -- whether neighbors or contesting parties in lawsuits -- appear in several of these documents. Perhaps this is no coincidence.
